J. Todd Tracy is Counsel to Crocker Kuno. His practice concentrates on representing debtors, creditors (both secured and unsecured), and trustees in cases filed under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code. He represents consumer debtors through the related law firm of Resolve Legal PLLC. Mr. Tracy has significant bankruptcy experience. He was a partner at Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC, Prior to that, he was associated with Shulkin Hutton Inc., PS, Foster Pepper & Shefelman and Hatch & Leslie.
Mr. Tracy was a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel J. Steiner, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, from 1987 to 1989.
He currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Federal Bar Association of the Western District of Washington. He is a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. He is also a member of the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is a frequent speaker and recently spoke at the Conference of Chief Bankruptcy Judges and Lawyer Representatives on consumer bankruptcy issues.
Mr. Tracy has been named a Washington Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics magazine. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubble and received a 10/10 ("Superb") rating by Avvo.com.
He enjoys mowing his lawn and puttering in his garden, but usually he is too busy helping with math homework or watching his daughters practice ballet, tap and jazz dancing.
